These ingredients are enough to make two portions.
You will need:
4 ounces/120 grams of rice (enough for two people)
Two chicken breasts
A handful of spring onions
80ml of chicken stock
2 ounces/65 grams of soy sauce
1.7ounces/50 grams of soft brown sugar
Pinch of salt and pepper to season the chicken.
