To make these biscuits you will need:
3.5 ounces/100 grams of porridge oats
3.5 ounces/100 grams of butter
3.5 ounces/100 grams of self raising flour
3.5 ounces/100 grams of soft brown sugar
If you would like to you can add 3.5ounces/100 grams of dried fruit or chocolate chips but the recipe also works well without them.
