Most recently I have been a journalist for environmental and ethical investment title Blue & Green Tomorrow. My job involves writing about finance as well as specialising in ethical retail and sustainable travel and transport. An example of this work is my in depth analysis into ethical shopping, including the history and the future of the trend.
Reporter for The Lincolnite from May to August 2011. During my time at the hyperlocal news site I wrote about community matters which included the first film night in Lincoln to showcase local video talent and Lincolnshire Police Authority using Twitter on the beat. As well as revealing what Jeremy Clarkson thought of Lincoln when visiting for a recent series of Top Gear.
During university I wrote for student newspaper,The Linc, starting as a reporter in 2009 and becoming the editor at the start of 2011.

I have also had a number of work experience placements at newspapers and magazines including Gay Times and Pink Paper. Whilst on this two week internship I interviewed a member of The Dream Bears, a novelty act from Britain’s Got Talent as well as writing about the controversy after an American school board member who urged gay youths to commit suicide.
I have also spent time at local newspapers The Bucks Herald and MK News.
Recently I have started a website called TV Talk Blog with a school friend where we discuss and review the latest television programmes.
