This recipe makes around 18 muffins.

To make toffee muffins you will need:
10 ounces/300 grams of self raising flour
One teaspoon of baking powder
Two teaspoon of cinnamon
3 ounces/85 grams of sugar
250 ml of milk
Two eggs
3.5 ounces/100 grams of butter
A packet of fudge pieces
